Hello there,

Greetings
Postage 10pf, correct?
I mean, the postage isn't correct.
A letter abroad cost 25 Pfennig and a postcard 20 Pfennig.
As far as I know, Austria, Memelland, Luxemburg and Danzig were considered as domestic, therefore the postage is correct.
Why would these countries (Austria, Luxembourg) and territories be considered as domestic ?

Thank you very much, and I still have one question: Is this Brief a personal philatelic-making envelope, or is it really sent out?
The purpose was for sure philatelic, no one would have sent the stripes on an envelope and of course it is a Leipzig fair cancellation. If it was send out you could only say for sure, if there would be an arrival cancellation (properly on the backside). But at this time an arrival cancellation was no more common.
Anyway a nice piece.
